Destination Weddings

From a vineyard in Napa to a beach across the world.

Wherever your story takes you, one team comes along — photographers and cinematographers who travel light, plan hard, and capture every day of the weekend. Travel quoted clearly up front, with no surprises.

Why couples fly us out

A destination wedding is no place to improvise.

When you are far from home, you want a team that has done this before — and brings the whole story home with them.

How destination works

Four steps, from first hello to final film.

  1. 01

    Tell us your story

Share your date, your destination, and what the weekend looks like. The more we know, the better we plan.

  2. 02

    A clear travel quote

We send one honest quote with coverage and travel laid out — no hidden fees, no surprises later.

  3. 03

    We plan the weekend

A shot-by-shot timeline built around your events, the light, and the location — so the day runs and we are always in the right place.

  4. 04

    Your story, delivered

A gallery and a cinematic film you will relive for a lifetime, delivered on a timeline we agree to before we ever board the plane.

Good to know

Questions couples ask us.

Where do you travel for destination weddings?
Anywhere. We are based in San Francisco and Chicago and travel across the US, Canada, and worldwide — from California wine country to a beach overseas.
How are travel costs handled?
Travel is quoted clearly up front and included in your package — flights, lodging, and logistics laid out in one honest number. No add-ons appear after you book.
Do you cover multi-day and welcome events?
Yes. Most destination weddings span a weekend, and our team scales to cover the welcome dinner, the ceremony, and the farewell brunch as one seamless story.
Do you offer both photography and cinematography?
We do — and for destinations we recommend both. One team captures the gallery and the cinematic film together, so the two never feel like they came from different days.
How far in advance should we book a destination wedding?
Six to twelve months is ideal so we can hold the date and plan travel properly. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway — if we are free, we will make it work.
