Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms describe the BSB & Lite Lens SMS (text message) program. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to these terms.

SMS program description

BSB & Lite Lens operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients. Message types include:

• Transactional: quote follow-ups, appointment and consultation confirmations and reminders, booking and scheduling updates, invoice notices, and delivery notifications.
• Marketing: special offers, seasonal promotions, and referral programs (only sent to contacts who separately opt in to marketing messages).

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number through our quote form, contact form, or booking page and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from BSB & Lite Lens at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the BSB & Lite Lens SMS program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. For transactional messages, you may receive up to 5 messages per event booking (initial follow-up, confirmation, reminders, invoice notice, delivery update). Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. BSB & Lite Lens does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details.

How to opt out

Text STOP to cancel. You may opt out of the BSB & Lite Lens SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After texting STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.

To opt out of marketing messages only while keeping transactional messages, reply STOP MARKETING.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier transmission limitations.

Privacy

Information you provide as part of this messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
