Photography and videography services we provide are governed by a separate service agreement signed at the time of booking.

Inquiries and quotes

When you submit a quote request or contact form, you are asking us to follow up — you are not entering into a contract for services. Any estimate or ballpark figure we provide is preliminary, based on the information you give us, and is not a binding offer. Pricing, packages, and availability are confirmed only in a written service agreement.

Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry. Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SMS / text messaging program

BSB & Lite Lens operates an SMS messaging program. Description of SMS program and messaging use cases: we send transactional messages (quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, booking updates, invoice notices) and, with separate opt-in, marketing messages (special offers, promotions).

Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from BSB & Lite Lens.

How to opt out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, we will send one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in.

Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
